How do I delete a card?

To delete a KeeCash card, you first have to block it.
Once the card is blocked, the Delete button appears.

Important

You can only delete a card if its balance is 0.
If your balance is positive, you need to withdraw from your card to your wallet: Withdraw from my Keecard

Deletion is permanent.

Steps to follow

1. Open the card concerned

In the app, go to your Wallets area and select the card you want to delete.

2. Block the card

In the card options, tap Lock to block the card.
Once the card is blocked, the Delete button becomes available.

3. Tap Delete

Once the button is visible, tap Delete.

4. Confirm the deletion

A confirmation window appears.
Tap Delete again to confirm.

Good to know

• deletion cannot be undone;
• the card must have a balance of 0;
• if your card still holds money, you will not be able to delete it.
