Want to get a refund for a purchase?
You are not satisfied with your order or you have been charged an incorrect amount. We invite you to contact the merchant directly to request a refund.
It is not possible to cancel a transaction from your KeeCash account when it has already been completed.
You have requested a refund and it is not on your statement
Note that it takes between 3 and 20 working days after the refund is validated for the amount to be credited to your account. Your account balance will be automatically updated once the refund is made.
If after 20 days the refund has not been made we invite you to contact the merchant directly to learn more. You can also ask him for the RNA number of the transaction that will allow us to track your refund.
The RNA is the unique reference assigned to a transaction when it passes from the merchant’s bank (acquirer bank) to the card network of the cardholder’s bank (issuer) thus KeeCash. The RNA reference is used to track a payment or refund.
