Top up a card
Want to recharge your card?
Here are all the steps one by one to get there:
You can top up your card if only you have already created a map at least. If you do not have one yet please create a card.

As a security measure, note that you can top up your card every 5 minutes minimum: if you top up for example at 10:00 you will have to wait 10:05 to top up again.
From your dashboard press the Top up button
Then choose by payment method you want to top up your card. Either directly by mobile money or cryptocurrency or by your KeeCash wallet that you will have to have already reloaded.

Top up by Mobile money
Choose the Mobile money you want to pay with based on your phone number. You can add up to 3
Enter the amount you want to top up on your card.
You then arrive at a summary screen that tells you the deposit method you have chosen, the name of the card you are reloading, the amount that will be reloaded on your card and finally the details of the fee with the total to be paid in your local currency. You can then press the Pay and Top up Card button
You receive a request to finalize your payment by Mobile money and as soon as your payment is finalized your card is instantly recharged.
Top up by Cryptocurrency
Enter the amount you want to top up on your card.
You then arrive at a summary screen that tells you the deposit method you have chosen, the name of the card you are reloading, the amount that will be reloaded on your card and finally the details of the fee with the total to be paid in your local currency. You can then press the Pay and Top up Card button
A window opens to alert you on the network that you will use to send your cryptocurrencies. You can then press the continue button.
If you use a network other than the one related to the cryptos you send then your money will be lost and KeeCash cannot be held responsible.
Here you are on this screen which still displays the amount to be paid and then its value in the cryptocurrency you have chosen beforehand. This is the amount you will need to send us by copying the crypto address displayed in the beneficiary field of your personal crypto wallet. You can also scan the Qrcode to finalize the deposit.
You have 25 minutes to finalize the deposit otherwise you will have to start again.
If we receive an amount lower or higher than the expected amount (due to market fluctuations among others) then the amount of your top-up will be recalculated automatically.
