My KeeCash card has expired or is about to expire: what should I do?

If your KeeCash card has expired, or if its expiry date is approaching, you need to create a new card to keep making payments and using your subscriptions.

What to do

1. Create a new card

When your card has expired or is close to expiring, the answer is to create a new KeeCash card from the app.

2. Update your subscriptions and recurring payments

Once your new card is created, remember to replace the old card on every service where it was saved.
For example:

  • streaming subscriptions;
  • online services;
  • online advertising;
  • recurring payments.

3. Use your new card from now on

Your old expired card can no longer be used for payments.
You will need to use your new card for all future purchases and subscriptions.

Important

If your card expires soon, we advise creating a new card before the expiry date to avoid any interruption on your subscriptions.

Key points

  • an expired card can no longer be used;
  • you need to create a new card;
  • you then need to update your subscriptions with the details of the new card.
