A card transaction is still in progress

When you make a payment with your keecard, the transaction may first appear to be in progress.

A pending transaction means that the merchant has reserved the money from your account but has not yet claimed it. In other words, the payment has been authorized but the merchant’s confirmation or cancellation has not yet been made. It usually takes 4-7 days for merchants to claim the money on your account. When they do, the transaction changes from in progress to completed or cancelled.

An accepted or declined transaction may appear in progress. If the transaction is declined then the money should return to your card within 5 business days. If the transaction is accepted then you have nothing to do, the status of your payment will change within 15 days.
