📢 How to Enter Your Phone Number Correctly and Recharge via Mobile Money

🔐 Valid Phone Number Format

To ensure your phone number is recognized by our system, you must enter it in the national format, without the international dialing code (e.g., +225, +229, etc.).

🔹 Example: 0711200328 ✔️
🔹 Not: +225 0711200328

Please do not include any spaces, dashes, or special characters.

📌 Expected Format by Country

The beginning of the number may vary depending on your mobile operator and local regulations. Here are the valid formats by country:

⛔ Important: Compatibility Between Country and Mobile Money Operator

If you created your account in a specific country (e.g., Benin), you can only recharge using Mobile Money operators from that same country (e.g., MTN Benin, Moov Benin).

🔹 For example: a user registered in Benin cannot use a Mobile Money number from Togo to make a deposit.

This rule helps ensure the security and traceability of transactions.
