What is the login PIN code?


As a security measure for your account, a PIN code is requested every time you log in. This PIN code is the equivalent of a secret code to open your KeeCash app.


1) SET YOUR PIN CODE


The first time you log in to KeeCash, you are asked to create your own 7-digit PIN code.


👉 This code lets you access your account simply and securely.


🛑 Important: the PIN code is not sent by SMS or by email. You alone choose it and you have to remember it.



2) CHANGING THE PIN CODE


If you have forgotten your PIN code, or if you want to change it for any reason, you need to wait for the timer on the Change pincode button to reach 0 seconds. The Reset PIN code button then appears. Tap Reset PIN code (see image below).

3) Enter and confirm your account email address


You are then asked to enter and confirm your email address using the 5-digit code sent to it by email (see images 2 and 3 below).

4) Then save your new PIN code


Save a new 7-digit PIN code, confirm it, then tap Set my PIN code now. You can now log in with your new PIN code, as shown below.

This code is strictly personal. It must never be shared with anyone, to keep your Keecard or Keecards safe.
