How do I delete a Mobile Money number on KeeCash?

You can delete a Mobile Money number saved on your account directly from the KeeCash web app.
This is useful if you no longer want to use a number for your deposits.

Steps to delete a Mobile Money number

1. Log in to the KeeCash web app

Go to the KeeCash web app using this link:
https://shaka.keecash.com/login
Then log in to your account with your usual credentials.

2. Go to your profile

Once logged in, click Profile in the side menu.

3. Open the settings

On the Profile page, scroll down to the Settings section.
Then click Mobile Money numbers.

4. Choose the number to delete

The list of Mobile Money numbers saved on your account appears.
Each number is linked to an operator and a country.

5. Delete the number

Click the delete icon next to the number you want to remove.
Once deleted, that number will no longer be offered in your available deposit methods.

Important

It only removes that number from your available deposit methods. You can still use another saved number, or add a new number on your next deposit if that option is available for your country.
