How to pay Starlink with a KeeCash card

This article explains simply how to pay Starlink with your KeeCash card.

Step 1: log in to your Starlink account

Go to your Starlink area and log in to your account.

Step 2: go to the payment section

From your account, open the section for billing or payment method.

If you are completing an order, you can add your card directly at the payment step.

Step 3: add your KeeCash card

Enter your card details:

• card number
• expiry date
• security code
• the name requested on the card

Check carefully that everything is entered correctly before continuing.

Step 4: enter the billing address

When Starlink asks for a billing address, use the address linked to your KeeCash card.

Step 5: check your balance

Before validating the payment, make sure your balance is enough to cover the amount requested.

Step 6: confirm the payment

Once the details are checked, confirm the payment directly on Starlink.

If everything is correct, the payment should be accepted.

If the payment does not go through

If the payment is declined, check first:

• the card details
• the billing address
• the available balance
• that nothing was mistyped
