How do I know if a platform works with my KeeCash card?

You do not need to write to us to find out. KeeCash gives you a tool called Search that answers in seconds and also tells you which card suits that platform best.

1. From our website, with no account and no card

This is the fastest way to check, even before opening an account.

Go to keecash.com.
At the top of the page, in the header, you will find the search field (Netflix, Meta Ads, Shopify…).
Type the name of the platform you want to pay, then run the search.

The answer appears straight away: the platform, its category, the verdict "Works with KeeCash", and the recommended card.

Some platforms show "Already used": it means KeeCash customers have already paid there successfully.

2. From the app, once your card is created

In your KeeCash area, Search sits on the home screen. The engine is exactly the same as on the website.

Type the name of the platform, for example Netflix, Roblox, Claude, TikTok Ads or Steam. Under the field, shortcuts offer the most requested platforms: Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple, OpenAI, Grok, Netflix, Disney+, PlayStation, Xbox, Amazon, AliExpress.

Select the platform in the list that appears.
You see the green "Works with KeeCash" badge, a short description of the service, and the "Recommended" label with the card to use.

Example: for Claude, the app recommends the Black Visa.

Two buttons let you carry on:

Top up my current card if you already have the right card;
Get a new card if the recommended card is not the one you hold.

Why the recommended card changes from one platform to another

Our cards do not have the same strengths. One is issued in the United States, another in Panama, and some merchants accept one better than the other. Cross-border fees differ too.

Search applies that logic for you and suggests the card most likely to go through on the platform you asked about.

If you cannot find your platform

Our index covers several thousand platforms, but it is not exhaustive.

If your search returns nothing:

try another spelling, or the website name rather than the app name;
check the list of platforms most used by our customers: Where can I pay with my KeeCash card?;
write to us in the chat and we will check for you.

A platform missing from Search does not mean it refuses your card. It only means we have not qualified it yet.

A platform may accept the card in some cases and decline it in others, according to its own rules.
