# How do I withdraw from my KeeCash account to my Mobile Money?

|| Mobile Money withdrawals are available. From your KeeCash app, you send the money in your account straight to your Mobile Money number.

## How it actually works 👇

1. On your dashboard, click **Withdraw**, then choose **Mobile Money**.

2. Choose the Mobile Money number to credit. If no number is saved yet, add it and validate it.

3. Enter the amount to withdraw. The minimum and maximum depend on your country and your operator, and are shown as you type.

4. Check the summary: amount withdrawn, fees, and the exact sum you will receive on your Mobile Money. Then click **I finalise my withdrawal**.

5. That's it. The money reaches your Mobile Money within moments and you get a notification.

| **Senegal**: Orange Money, Wave, Free Money
| **Togo**: TMoney, Moov Money
| **Chad**: Airtel Money, Moov Money
| **Gabon**: Airtel Money, Moov Money
| **Congo Brazzaville**: MTN Money
| **DR Congo**: Airtel Money, Orange Money, M-Pesa

||| Cameroon, Guinea, Ghana, Kenya and Nigeria: Mobile Money deposits work, withdrawals are not open yet. In the meantime you can withdraw to a cryptocurrency wallet.

## Good to know

| Fees are shown before you confirm: you know exactly what you will receive.
| The Mobile Money number must be validated in the app before it can receive a withdrawal.
| If the money has not arrived on your Mobile Money, write to support with the date and amount, and we will check your withdrawal.
