# Where to find your KeeCash transaction history

# Where to find your KeeCash transaction history

You can view your transaction history directly from your KeeCash app.

This area lets you:
* follow your recent payments;
* check whether a transaction went through, was declined or is pending;
* find useful information linked to a payment;
* in some cases, see the messages or codes sent by merchants to confirm an operation.

To see your transactions:
1. Open the **KeeCash** app
2. Go to the **Card** or **Transaction history** section
3. Select the transaction you are interested in to open its detail
You will then see the information available for that operation.

## ${color}[#000000](Why check your history?)

The transaction history is useful to:
* follow your spending in real time;
* check the exact status of a payment;
* find the merchant name;
* check the amount debited;
* see whether a merchant sent a message or a confirmation code linked to the transaction.

## ${color}[#000000](Need a merchant confirmation code?)

On some online payments, the merchant may send a **confirmation code**, an **OTP** or a message linked to the transaction.
When that happens, remember to:
* open the detail of the transaction concerned;
* check all the information displayed;
* also check your emails or messages in case the merchant sent the code through another channel.

If you do not see the transaction in your history:
* refresh the app;
* wait a few moments if the operation is recent;
* check that you are looking at the right card or the right area.

If the problem continues, contact KeeCash support from the app and tell us:
* the merchant name;
* the amount;
* the date of the payment.
