# 💸 Transfer - How to send money to another KeeCash account

You can instantly send money to another KeeCash user anywhere in the world.

## ⚡ Steps to send a transfer

### 1️⃣ Open the Transfer screen
From your dashboard, tap **Transfer**.

### 2️⃣ Select the wallet to use
Choose the wallet you want to send money from (USD, EUR, etc.), then tap **Continue**.

### 3️⃣ Choose the recipient

You have two options:

**Option A — Saved recipient**
- Select an existing beneficiary.

**Option B — New recipient**
- Enter one of the following:
  - email
  - phone number
  - KeeCash ID
  - QR code

Then tap **Verify** to confirm the user is valid.

You can also save them for future transfers.

### 4️⃣ Enter the amount

- Enter the amount you want to send  
- Check the minimum and maximum limits  
- Tap **Continue**

### 5️⃣ Review the summary

Before confirming, you will see:

- recipient name
- amount sent
- transfer fee
- amount received

You can also apply a coupon if available.

### 6️⃣ Confirm the transfer
Tap **Execute transfer** to finalize.

## ⚠️ Common issues

**Recipient not found**  
→ Check the email, phone number, or ID entered.

**Continue button is disabled**  
→ The amount may be below the minimum or higher than your balance.

**Transfer not going through**  
→ Check your internet connection and try again.

## 🔒 Security

Always make sure the selected recipient is correct before sending money.  
Confirmed transfers cannot be cancelled.
