Generally, the interruption of the recharging service takes a maximum of 3 - 4 working days.
If you receive the message shown in the image below, there is no need to contact us to find out when you can top up.
We usually send notifications directly in the app and send emails to announce the return of funds. In addition, if after more than 3 - 4 working days you still have not received an alert, do not hesitate to try again to reload your card.
