Verification via SMS (text message)

Reboot your phone completely to refresh the device operator’s connection.

If you receive the following error, please wait one hour after the first of the 5 attempts and request another code.
Note: KeeCash has a limit of 5 SMS verification codes per hour.
Error message: QUOTA_EXCEEDED: Exceeded per phone number quota for sending verification codes
You may have done too many checks in the last hour. Try again later.

Exemple : If an SMS verification code is requested at 10:05, 10:15, 10:20, and 10:30 respectively, the following code is not sent until 11:00.

Verification by e-mail

Check all spam folders, spam email. The email is sent from “service-client@keecash.com” and many email clients filter emails from unanswered addresses.

If you can’t get your code to verify your email address:

Click Resend code OR
Log out and go to Forgot your password and then resend a link to change your password, this will validate your email as well.

Make sure you don’t already have a KeeCash account created in the past.
