My balance is not updated

Did you top up and your balance hasn't changed?



- If your mobile money has been debited, then contact customer service so that they can see what has happened and top up your card.

Have you made an online payment and your balance has not changed?



- Your payment has been made but you notice that your card balance remains unchanged.
- Payments you make based on the displayed balance are rejected due to insufficient balance.
