# How to pay Starlink with a KeeCash card

This article explains simply how to pay **Starlink** with your KeeCash card.



## Step 1: log in to your Starlink account


Go to your Starlink area and log in to your account.



## Step 2: go to the payment section


From your account, open the section for billing or payment method.

If you are completing an order, you can add your card directly at the payment step.



## Step 3: add your KeeCash card


Enter your card details:

* card number
* expiry date
* security code
* the name requested on the card

Check carefully that everything is entered correctly before continuing.



## Step 4: enter the billing address


When Starlink asks for a billing address, use the address linked to your KeeCash card.

## Step 5: check your balance


Before validating the payment, make sure your balance is enough to cover the amount requested.



## Step 6: confirm the payment


Once the details are checked, confirm the payment directly on Starlink.

If everything is correct, the payment should be accepted.



## If the payment does not go through


If the payment is declined, check first:

* the card details
* the billing address
* the available balance
* that nothing was mistyped

Avoid trying several times in quick succession if the payment fails, as this can cause another temporary decline.
