Add and validate a phone number

To reload and withdraw automatically with KeeCash as well as to secure your account it is necessary that you validate your phone number.
Without a validated number you will not be able to use the KeeCash application to Reload or withdraw money.
To add a phone number to your KeeCash account you can do the following: Go to the Menu and click on Settings then Manage my phone numbers*


You arrive at a screen that summarizes the list of your numbers. Then click Add Number and enter your number without a code via the keypad. To request validation of your number you must then click on Send code.


Wait a few seconds to receive the code by SMS and paste it into the field provided as in the image below. In case you do not receive anything after 2 minutes you can restart the shipment.
Once done, you will receive an email from our team confirming your phone number.
