The number where the 3D secure code is sent ends with 9012. Don’t worry, it’s a KeeCash number.
In this article, you will see how to retrieve the code.

What is the 3DS code?

3DS is a reliable and fast authentication system that helps secure your online payments. It ensures that the cardholder is responsible for the payment in progress and thus limits fraudulent transactions. During an online payment, the 3DS system asks you to confirm the transaction by entering a code received by SMS (number ending in 092 belonging to KeeCash) and found on your KeeCash application.

How does it work?

1) Connecting to KeeCash

Log in to the KeeCash app by entering your PIN or email address followed by your password.
See how to sign in to your account: How to sign in to your account?

2) 3D secure code search

a) Go to your dashboard, look for the 3D Secure tab and click on it.
3D secure code search

You arrive at the interface (see image below) where you will find your code 🤗

b) Enter the name of the merchant site you are paying from and your 3 DS code will automatically display.
In the following example this is a payment made at WebItSolutionsTim.
The 3D secure code associated with this transaction is 112365.
Please write the merchant’s name so that the search for your code is operational.
Merchant name entry
After checking that the merchant’s name is written correctly, if your 3D secure code is still not displayed, please contact our customer support from the online chat to find support.

c) Enter the 3D secure code (112365 for our example) in the merchant form (see image below).

Once the code is requested by the merchant’s issuing bank, you have 5 minutes to connect to KeeCash and copy the code to validate the pending transaction on the merchant’s website.

Now your payment is authorized and the transaction is finalized 🤗
